 Okay, a little background;
Victoria is claimed to be more British than England, and Oak Bay is the part of Victoria "behind the tweed curtain".... pinkies raised, only the best schools my deahhh...you get the idea. Their spring thing is the "Oak Bay Tea Party", which is actually pretty fun. Every year the mayor challenges someone to a teacup race. This year his competition was David Hahn, president and CEO of BC Ferries. You can guess who is in this teacup... :)
