 I took this shot near my work. The water is a group of artificial waterfalls built to dress up a business center in Eagan MN.

That midday light can be incredibly difficult to deal with...you may want to try this one when the light is even across the entire scene. Shortly after sunrise or before sunset are the best times. One or the other will probably work better depending on which direction this is facing!
