Now that I had a pretty good image, I decided to play. Using a favorite palette, I went into the Match Colors tool to see what would happen.
to get this particular effect, I selected
the sky
the middle buildings
the foreground low bldg
separately and applied my favorite palette playing with t he sliders all the way. Without separate selections, the entire effect would have been quite different.
