A fair amount of technical issues that could be addressed, but that is probably beside the point for this image. Does it meet the challenge? Not really. Is it interesting? Yes.
The silhouettes work really well. That pink/blue stuff is almost nauseating, but stops you long enough to wonder if you should like the image. I'm not sure which way to go... |

Soccer Fans...really?
My first impression is that they are in a water park, or at the very least fans of water fountains.
Where is the soccer?
Nice color, blurry because it is night I am assuming, texture ok, light ok |
