 To celebrate the first day of Summer I shot this neighbor's sunflower out of the second-story bathroom window at work.

-Handheld, Shutter-Priority mode
-RGB Curve
-Created/saved oval selection centered on sunflower
-Applied Blue/Yellow Curve to selection
-Applied Blue/Yellow Curve to inverted selection
-Applied Gaussian Blur to selection
-Cropped a little to 3:2 aspect ratio
-Resized
-USM at 88%/0.8 dia/TH = 5
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 9/10 = 117kb

Charming subject matter for a solstice image.
I liked the treatment you gave it, with the blurred out
fence pointing the way to the brilliant sun-flower.
