I'm not really into concert-photography, but I do know it's sometimes hard to make a good crop. I think the mic and the guy at the back are very distracting, I do think there's a way to change that: crop him of the photo and rotate the canvas a little to the left. That way the guy with the guitar will stand a bit straighter, but the guy at the background is gone ;)

I would have tried to get just the guitar player and also to get the microphone out of the shot.

Way too soft on the details...my eye keeps getting drawn to his bloodshot eye.
