When I saw these challenges the first thought that entered my mind was anthropomorphism. So off to the zoo I went. My choices were endless, there was the peacock for pride or the hippo for gluttony, but I feared they would have been overdone. I looked for a sloth but couldn't find one (perhaps they didn't have one). Then I saw this panther running back and forth across his (or her) enclosure it hit me.... WRATH!!!

I took a bunch of sharp shots and a few panned shots. The panned shots had so much more emotion in them that I ultimately went with one. Granted it doesn't have the sharp vibrant colorful pop that appears to dominate the front page, but alas, I really like it. Hopefully it will score well.

This is totally awesome!! It really brings across the intense e/motion - absolutely love this. Go figure it would have scored low. Hope you get a peer ribbon or something.

The blur is interesting but the shot seems to me to shoehorned into the challenge.

To my taste: too much blur (guessing there was also glass or fence wire between you and the jaguar) and detail lost in the fur. These type of shots are not easy to come out nice. Good luck!

Cool shot, but it's kind of flat. Not sure how much you processed this, but it looks like some leves wirk could have created a little more pop, while still ekeeping the blurry effect.
