Aside of the challenge this is a lovely little shot - quite unusual too. In this instance the centering is its strength. :)

Lovely sky shot. I wish it was a larger photo, however. Some people might think the color looks unnatural, but I like it.

A change of title to something like "3 billion watts" might raise your score for what is otherwise a very good image.
