I will say now...that JulietNN was soo close in another thread when she spoke about her lightglobe not breaking when she hit it with a hammer!

Yeah seeing the shutterspeed & particles I think briantammy looks correct.Nice idea & execution. I would have liked a more tighter cropping from both sides.

by the look of the particles around the bulb it seems like the bulb was ejected from the base. possibly with compressed air i guessing. nice shot.
