 Took this a few weeks ago. Was a great storm, sadly I missed about 3/4ths of the action not having a fish-eye, the lightning was all around me. I was aware of the power lines in the shot but the only place without them was in the middle of the road. I planned to remove them later however it was decided by the SC that removing the power lines would be a major change and not allowed. Which was a huge bummer but I'm not giving up on it so here it is in the original pre-edit glory and I will link to an edited shot after voting is finished.

Hope this doesn't bomb, and I hope I don't get any smart remarks to stand in a better spot. :P Sometimes sh*t happens and there isn't a way to get around it, tough luck I guess.

Nice capture, I'm sure that you are going to get plenty of comments both for and against the power lines, but for me I like it. 8
