 RAW to jpeg conversion in PSE6.0, Placed the same jpeg, Both versions of photos had been previously edited in Batch Edit(including Auto-Levels, Auto-Contrast, Auto-Color-Correction, Auto-Sharpen, and Auto-Resized to 480 X 640,) reduced opacity of the jpeg to approx. 72%, Enhanced Saturation, Merged Visible, Increased Both Contrast & Brightness to taste with richer colors and more appealing pallet...Saved for Web...

Rich in colors. Good sharpness. The sky looks blownout and also i see a tilt in the image.
