This is a nice image, but a few things bother me. The image seems severely lacking in detail, as if too heavily NeatImage'ed. The composition is too static with the horizon centered in the frame. Also, the uneven border is a bit strange.

The treatment here is very good. I think the cool colors work. The rippled area provide a little more visual interest than if it were all flat. Well done.

Nice "glow"; the composition harmed perhaps by the centered horizon line. Seems to lack clarity -- may be a resizing issue. The frame actually improves the photo for once. I admit I'm a little tired of blue-toned boat scenes in general (see hotpasta's work).
