My first overlay! I followed Roz's instructions step by step and it wasnt so hard. the overlay is called Vintage background for portraits by andrearusky, as suggested by roz. Thank you roz

& you've done a brilliant job .. an excellent portrait and the overlay is great subdued like that .. i love the way it creates a pattern/texture on the wall ..
