 Hope this does well... in retrospect, it's nothing special, but I really wanted to submit after a week in NYC. I have better shots from several walkabouts, but I felt this one best fit the challenge. Taken from the Staten Island Ferry about noon. Not the best timing, but the overcast broke slightly and highlighted the Statue of Liberty.

You may try getting a polarizing filter to get a better blue out of the sky.

Tighter crop both top & bottom better IMO , love the contrast of the statue of Liberty against the sky, 6
