 I just made this filter (from the poppy image) so it would work as a rain filter in the finished poppy image.

gave it multiple stroke apps, used the liquify brush some, changed to b&w, moved the sliders to make it whiter, then tinted the result slightly sepia. Flipped it horizontal to finally put the pixels out of their misery.

Reduced opacity on the final to 21%
