A shot of an old canoe at the water's edge... I decided against using it in any of the current challenges.

Desat at 95%, adjust contrast, levels, shadows and highlights, USM, noise reduction, blur tool, a little dodge and burn

shot at 17mm

It seems tilted until you look at the benches in the canoe... the wide angle with the curves of the canoe make for an interesting perspective

I love the wide angle and perspective here. Your boat shots normally work great in color, yet here you found the perfect subject for B&W.

Absolutely gorgeous. And it seems straight to me, but I've been shooting a lot of 10-22 stuff lately. Love the perspective and really love all the detail. Great composition. (By the way, there's a wee bit of banding going on in the upper right corner that you'd want to fix if you were to print this.)

I feel as if I would get bumped on the head should someone give it a slight push...I like the way the back end peeks at us giving a real sense of depth.

I rather thought this may have been a weathered entry for you. I love the angle you achieved by getting down so low. Very nicely done.

A lot to get into here between the tones and the detailed textures. Only thing that sort of blows it for me is the empty space on the left which does nothing, versus the right edge of the frame which holds some interesting stuff which is jammed right up to the edge and partially cropped off. Wish the chain and lock got more room to show off.

I love this Point of View, I have done it a few times with car photos! looks "weathered". Hint hint :P
