 I came accross this umbrella while visiting the Charlotte Beach on Lake Ontario while on vacation. There is a tiny boy with his Mommy playing behind it. I was so pleased to get a "found" shot that I believe meets this challenge (hopefully!). I don't expect this to score extremely well but I am happy to make an attempt to avoid doing yet another set-up shot.

Processed this one heavy to try for a bit of a fun cartoon feel.

Shot in RAW - RAW conversions. Levels, hue/sat (not selectively!), minor cloning, dodge/burn, shadow highlight with a heavy midtone contrast, neat image, crop, border, save for web.

Lovely capture, I may have preferred this without the cool box etc to simplify the image a little but still a wonderful take on the challenge (oh and if anyone complains that it is meant to be a single colour as the point then damn their literalist eyes!) 9
