Hi Nathan,
Nice image, The detail in the eye is outstanding. The one thing here is the reflection in the eye, it kept catching mine & I found myself trying to figure out if it was a window or a mirror. The background (purple) tho pleasent was also a bit of a distraction. Getting back to the eye, the deep rich blue color is fantastic. I had a bit of trouble with the crop as a portraiture per-say but thought it is an excellent abstract-portraiture and it fit nicely. I love your use of dof here, it is outstanding as is the exposure. Overall I like the image it is interesting, clean, well composted and sharp as a tac. |

| It's good, but the purple is distracting. Maybe a tigther crop would have worked better? |
