how does this pic imply strength? I am not a photographer just a spectator!

Interesting idea, but the I think it could have had better setup.

You photographed the bulb nicely - I imagine it took some experimentation to get the exposure right - but I have to say I find the subject mundane. I think the composition would be better if it were cropped square, giving the same amount of black on all sides of the bulb.

This is a nice depiction of power. Clean and Straightforward. I like it.

This would be better suited if the "soft white" was white and not yellow. Also, I'm not sure how this relates to strength, but maybe it's me.

Seems out of focus or unsharp. It´s an idea to use a lightbulb in this challenge but you most certainly could have done it in more creative way.

Sorry, but I don't like this. Photographically, the object is soft and has too many distracting scratches. 2

i looks kinda dim . . . all you could get was a 60w bulb?
04/14/2004 11:15:27 PM
I guess I don't get it.

Colors seem off, not sharply focused.

Strength? Power? Not really getting either from a 60 watt bulb.

The lettering could be crisper, but, I really like the filament peeking through the bulb. I suspect the relationship to the challenge will be a little tenuous for some others, but the strength that came to whole societies from this invention is good enough for me. -6

i almost do this but i have to sacrifice the cone for the light...

I think a higher Watt lighbulb would have fit the challenge more.
