 This sad looking burro is a resident at an animal sanctuary in Chino Valley, AZ.

They are all very well taken care of, but often come from extreme neglect and abuse. They are given sanctuary for the rest of their lives and are very loved and socialized.

So this burro is just fine - just a little unkempt.

Alicia...Oh my goodness what a sad evocative and original take on the challenge. Not necessarily a 'beautiful' shot in the traditional sense of the word, but a very powerful one
