 Blended three layers. One normal, one set for luminosity and one set to multiply to get the texture on the hands. Selective masking. Burning and dodging. Highpass Sharpen and LAB saturation.

I hope you like it. With my luck I guess this will be on the mid 5s

I like the wrinkled hands and the perfect motion blur of the bird. Although the hands look a little over sharpened/contrasty.

I love this photo. The outstretched wings in blurry motion, the crop to focus on the hands, just enough in the back ground to give a sense of setting...it all comes together perfectly.
