The sky is a barren -- I believe it would have made a much better crop to place the horizon at the top third line.

lose some of the sky as it doesn't add to the subject or message. zoom in on the water and capture detail of the foam.

Some croping could had make it more expresive... I would had croped off the top-bottom stripes to let only from the middle of the white bubbles up to the clouds and a little more, like if it where shoot horizontally. Just my point of view, eh! I like the shoot as it is also.

I feel like there is a lot of unesesary (cant spell that) space in this picture, I think it could be better if you cropped out the left site after the tree there and the sky just above the clouds, and put some more contrast in it, with levels and color balance it, it looks just a bit too green/yellow, Good luck :)

Image seems to flat, and does not really convey power. Those 30 cm the water falls is hardly very powerful.

Try getting less sky in the picture. Maybe taking the photo from a lower angle filling up the shot with the edge of the water by zooming.

The horizon is a little bent and too centered. Though the subject is impresive, maby you should have piked another hour of the day, so the water wouldn't look soo dark
