| The focus seems to be sharp on the tablecloth so that's where the eyes are drawn. |

| i like the simplicity, and the water and ice effects. the depth of field i feel is too tight, i can see it on the surface, but it puts the glass itself out of focus. |

| I really like the shallow DOF here, but unfortunately, the lime seems a bit out of focus. Perhaps slightly deeper DOF would keep the lime and focus and still offer the pleasing background? |

| shallow DOF puts your focus on the bottom of the glass and nothing else. |

| personally i feel that keeping the rim in focus instead of the bottom would have helped this pic better |
