 Meet Hillary, a young cow at the Farm Park. She's the friendliest, sweetest little calf I've ever met ......... chatty too!!!

Played round making the overlay. New file, render clouds, then played with adding texture with glass, motion blur, ripple,noise, more glass. Probably some other bits, but when I'm playing I try all kinds of bits to see what the effect is.

Masked a bit of Hillary's face so you could see it. Added an artistic layer on the top -> rough pastels, small amount of gaussian blur and some more noise and masked out Hillary's face again.

YAY YAY - this made me smile the minute I saw the thumb. I like the cross-hatch effect too. WHAT A SWEETY. And her name Hillary - it is funny because of what's going on politically here. Many think Hillary Clinton is a cow LOL - love this tons.
