Yes, I like this angle. I like that you got down low to the flowers to shoot across them, and I like how the red pops up all over to add accent. The only recommendation I would offer is trying to darken the sky a bit. The correct way, of course, would be to use on camera filters, or perhaps combine more than one exposure. The "I shoot a lot in midday" way (which is my choice, seeing as how I don't have on camera filters) is to use a layer with a gradient from the top down, in soft light blending mode.

Nice combination of good looking flowers in foreground and the rest of the flower gardens in the middle and background. Minor comments: horizon seems crooked and clouds seem a bit burned out
