Some tourists out at the end of the wharf. The overlay is two layers of water surface. One of them is rotated 90 degrees. The idea was to get a criss-cross effect, but that didn't happen. Applied some diffuse glow to the overlay to give it some grain and more texture.

I like the grainy foggy effect. Looks like real people placed in a stage setting.

The people and objects just fade away in the distance...pretty good faux fog.

Moody. They look to me like they're waiting for the ferryman on the river Styx. The feeling of water & mystery is strong.
