| Very good indeed. The frontmost ramekin looks a little mucky around the top though. |

| I might have set up the two bowls diagonally so the flame from the torch would be more visible against the dark background |

I wish the torch would have had some more color. Really neat idea, I like how you can see the sugar crystallizing! :)
