I'm surprised by the number of entries in this category who've submitted images themed on religion, or snapshots of cars or children. Not original or interesting. |

Well done but the shadows are a bit hard, in terms of edges on the wrists. What I like about the shot is that the fingers on the left hand are a bit off center, making the whole thing a bit more "human" somehow. If not for that, the image is too symmetrical for my tastes. |

I like your idea, I'm assuming you mean prayer. This photo has a nice, simple look to it that I like, and the b&w does well here, so you can focus on the meaning. I think that the lighting is great, also! Nice work! |

Powerful image... shame the hands aren't centred in the frame. Good contrast and range of tones. Effective lighting. |

Your lighting here is really nice and I like the background because it's not a stark white. I think it's a great choice for black and white and is also well composed. I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer, so this hits an emotional note with me as well. Great job. |

The title indicates weakness not strength...what about 'give me strength'? Title aside, this is a fantastically shot pic especially the light and shade and portrait orientation..well done |

Nice. Wish the hands were a little more symmetrical (left is angled toward camera more). |

Mér finnst eins og þessi mynd ætti að heita Sixteen dot dogs eða eitthvað soleis... :D hehe
Þetta er tussumassÃÂv mynd einföl og sterk, myndi vilja hafa hana fyrir ofan rúmið mitt, það væri sætt :) |

A prayer cliche, though lovely in black & white. Indeed, our true source of strength is in our connection with God through prayer, especially praying with others. |

i understand what you're trying to say here, but i interpret this as a sign of weakness, especially with that title. well composed and technically well done, though. |

Good picture, but not sure if it covers the challenge. Is having to ask for help strength? |

where's the strength here if you're seeking for help? should have titled it "The Power of Prayer"...just my two cents... |
