I am sure the book is tilted because not all eggs are the same size. I think it is a remarkable picture and very creative. Feel free to take a look at some of my art and photography at the following website.

Duh duh duhhhhhhh. Love the concept and the suspense of it. A sock would have channeled the attention on the foot to the actual step though.

Comic and good idea. Maybe litle overexposed (?) and needs a litle more contrast. Have you tried to convert to B&W and increase the contrast?

Interesting question; what was the result? Nice detail, I'm not sure what disturbs me about the composition - possibly too centered.

very interesting angle but a clothed foot rather than those long ugly toe nails would have been more appealing

Great positioning of the foot just above the book... causing the viewer to wonder, "Did it really work?" Nice colors - try one of the eggs as a brown one that kinda matches the skin tones of the foot.

Sorry but the feet are not nice to look at, the book is not level and the eggs would probably break because they are not on end, but who cares if they break. I think that this would rate higher if it was in b&w and you adjusted the rotation of the photo to put the book at a straight horizoon. The whites seem to be a bit washed out on the book so B&W would sort of be a more dramatic effect...and the feet, well.. umm.. yeah.

Interesting idea. I would prefer it with the binding of the book towards the camera, I think. And no offense I hope, but that's not the most photogenic foot, so I think a foot in a shoe would be better.

I suggest wearing shoes or socks and placing black or white fabric under the eggs. Theres a hair right by the right egg. Its a nice idea, but it needs some improvements in the setup.

I think turning the two front eggs so you can see the egg shape, and cutting off that foot and replacing it with another one would improve this image
