 Wayyyyyyy out of my "comfort zone," and not even close to whatever my "style" might be.

I dunno. Maybe. Maybe not. I figure the voters will either love it or hate it, so my score should be about 5.3.

wow - noticed this as your avatar, but definitely wasn't thinking 'cold'. seems more 'hot' to me... (no offense, just being honest)

regardless any challenge standings, its well done & evocative.

I think this worked very well for the challenge, and outside of the challenge as well. Almost surrealistic. Excellent exposure, comp, and editing.

Wow this was one of my most favorite pics for the challenge. I voted 9. It just screamed cold to me. Too bad about the score it's a great capture IMO

I like it. The textures are great. Does not really say cold, but white and blue are at least cold colors so it works. A plain black border may have worked better.
