 Taken with 100-400L with 2xTC attached for 800mm shot. ISO3200 - the 5D is an incredible machine.

post: not bad. i listed the lens used as the TC because I wanted to be #1 image on a lens page and figured this would score pretty well lol.

outtake:

Personally I find the outtake to be better, but the lighting on the ape was pretty intriguing as well.

Another shot that I am absolutely jealous about. One of my favorite animals and I have yet to take a shot of a beauty like this one. Nice capture and my only 10 so far in this challenge I believe (I've been voting over the course of the week).

ETA - The only other 10 was another gorilla shot

A little more light around the eyes would improve this, but it rocks pretty solid as is!
