| that is one exotic african bird! you know, the only thing that lets this down is the noise in the background, but this is a stunning bird and the light is perfect |

| What a beautiful bird! I can see why you cropped it as you did but I think cropping up from the bottom by a bit would be better for the overall image. I know you didn't want to lose any of the tail feathers. It's a tough decision to make and it's totally yours. I like it! |

Nice bokeh, just a touch grainy, but that doesn't bother me. The beautiful pastels of this bird with the excellent capture of it's feather textures override all other sins. Very nice.

| An incredible shot (for me at least), as the DoF makes one believe this is a macro job, yet the awesome bird doesn't look like it is glued in position... I hope you share the details. (not voting). |

| great colours - the position in the frame is wrong it should be on the left not right. |

| Lovely shot. You captured this one beautifully. The colors are incredible. The backround would look nicer if you smoothed it out with a program such as Neat Image. |
