I might have cropped out the shadow in the bottom left but I don't think it really effects the picture too much.

I like your composition with the birds and fence in the background adding interest to the shot. Looks like you shot this at a time of day when it is difficult to pick up the midtones. You may want to try a levels adjustment layer to add a little more contrast to bring out the colour tones better.
