I liked this shot, seemed a little over processed for my taste, oh and for what its worth, this is a Great Blue Heron and not an Egret(Egrets are actually a subgroup of the Herons), but I doubt anyone held it against you, Great Job. |

Aside from haloing around the bill - perhaps from over-sharpening, or from going over the edges with the dodge tool - this is excellent. The level of detail is really good, and the composition adds interest. |

Looks pretty good, but I find myself trying to move to the left to free his butt from the wooden post. |
