Looks like too much fun setting this one up. At first glace, it's a 10 to me. But, for me, in places, it seems oversharpened and there are some white spots in the lower right that I think could have been cloned out. So, I'll go with a still respectable 8.

Sweet! Reminds me of the film "Science of Sleep" a bit. Childish, playful. The yellow cast over the pic is a little intense for me, but I respect the artistic decision to use it. I totally understand it would have looked weird if perfectly white balanced, but maybe just slightly less yellow would have been good. Anyway, 7.
