 My front yard! Sunset, tripod, waving grass, can't get any better.

Oh, and I was taking self portraits with the suitcase, but decided to leave it in the frame to add a little something more....not sure if people will like it or not

Shelley, I'm so jealous. First, that you LIVE in a place so beautiful! And second, you captured such beauty in Texas! That is such a challenge for me, and is why I have gravitated to people, animals, macros. . .anything but scenery. But you have inspired me!

The only thing I don't love about this photo is the score it ended up with! It deserved so much more. At least your commenters came closer to what it deserves, right?

Next time we have a get-together, I hope you can come. Jutilda and I get together pretty regularly, so it would be fun to meet you in person.

I lived there once upon a time and I certainly can agree with you. Excellent lighting and the suitcase is a nice touch. I'm going with a 10.

The Texas Hill Country ????? Hi Neighbor! Oh, and you aren't kidding about the lawn thing! I'm proud of you for finding such beautiful color! Nice photo!

I clicked on a "6", moved on, but something told me to hit the back button in my browser. I am gald i did.

I can almost feel the wind and see the clouds moving.
I love how even the road seems to be going in the same direction as the wind.

Now the "9" is highlighted.
