| I can't say I agree with the choice of color effects, but I do think that the border that was added is very distracting to the picture. |

I like the purple - brave! Great title. I wish you had been exactly straight on to the fountain - you're a little to the side so the symmetry isn't quite lined up.
(BTW, You're gonna get dinged for the border by the border police but I like how it ties in the psychedelic theme.) |

| LOL @ your title and idea! Too funny! My guess is that your score won't reflect a good assessment of your photographic skills. This type of image scores either really high or really low from voters here, I think. Giving the image an 'average' score over all. Bummer. |

Not sure the IR filter is the best choice here...
With or without filter, in any case, a capture from the center line was needed for this symmetric garden IMO.
And honestly, the frame.... |

I like the composition, and i am assuming this is infrared?
But you are standing just a bit far to the left which trowns off the center and it doesn't feel balanced.
And the borer of this photo take away way too much attention from the photo. |
