Good use of partial desaturation. Did you consider leaving the stem of the flower saturated?

nice...not sure I prefer this as a selective desat...perhaps a little more contrast needed in the b and w...

The flower should be in the space between the lilies - rather than so low in the frame.

I really like the selective desaturation.

I'm very fond of the composition here, with the pads in the upper left and lower right, and a bit of sky either reflected or inferred in between. Not quite as fond of the selective desat, but pink and gray do work well together.
