| I've been looking at images outside of DPC, and this seems like one people would pay to hang on their walls. Don't change a thing. :) |

| People must be tired of flower macros. I can't think of any other reason this lovely image didn't score higher. I really like the composition, light, color, and detail. Very nice indeed. |

Lovely softness portrayed here Cat. The colors are rich and warm.
I wonder if the darkness of the edges of the shot (vignette) pulled a bit of the life of the shot out. Also, it seems that the focus is on the single petal to the left and below the stamens, drawing our attention away from the 'mouth' of the lily - that seems to be a very good focal point for the image.
