Yet again this is a result of a reshoot. I seem to be doing alot of that lately. The first one I was not satisfied with.

I have got to say I found a use for the glue gun again:-) This time to get the falling petal to stay at an angle on the wire that is poking out of the back of the black backdrop. That way it looked like it was truly falling.

I also might add that writing on petals is something you do VERY carefully least you tear it by accident.

Reflections were a nasty problem even with the Moose Polarizer filter. Needless to say I held up a black cloth behind the camera to eliminate most of the glaring ones and then pressed the remote trigger.

Very creative! I had a similar idea using a dandelion but getting the lighting right is a real pain, glad yours turned out well. Congrats on top 10.

I like the image, EXCEPT for the writting on the petal, if that weren't there I would have rated it much higer.

My second pass on the photos and I just noticed the word on the petal. I'd rather it not be there, but it won't affect my scoring. 8 from me.
