Excellent action capture and I do like the way you used subtle selective desat to isolate your subject in what is always a busy background at these events. Well done. |

Although I personally think this might be stretching it a bit to meet the challenge, I think the photo itself is terrific! I LOVE the motion blur, although I wouldn't be surprised if the voters bomb you for that. I can't ever recall seeing a blurry rodeo photo, which is probably part of why I like this so much. It's unusual and different. The perfectly focused ones have gotten boring! ;) |

If just the horse and rider had blur it would be ok, but the entire background is blurry too... |

Good action shot.
i little faster shutter speed if it was possible. Looks like an outdoor event and I know the lighting is a problem at sporting events. Rider appears to be heading for his fall. |

While not the sharpest photo around, this one gets points for the perfect timing. The horse's posture really makes this a winner. I hope it does well for you. |

9. Going into my favorites RIGHT NOW! You are the only one of the literal shots of falling who managed to capture the motion of falling with the FEELING! Very artful use of editing, color, etc. Love it. Best of Luck. Hope you ribbon! |
