I find this interesting, as my outtake for this challenge has a similar treatment of a similar foreground. I'm curious to see how yours does in voting and comments.
I think the horizon line is a bit too centered in the frame. I find it visually divides it into two separate images.

| The sunset looks spectacular, and would prefer less foreground and more of the sunset. |
