 So as you all know we (my Dad, younger brother and myself) left today for our roadtrip to the Mall Of America (just for fun). We spent a total of nine+ hours driving when we get to the border, we were stopped asked a couple of questions & asked to pull over and exit the vehicle and escorted inside. We were taken one by one to the 'interrogation room' or whatever you would like to call it and interrogated. The lady inspected every single that in my purse, even read the back of my SUNSCREEN! She kept asking who I was going to 'visit' and who I know here etc etc. asking indepth about any illegal drug use in my past (which for the record I have never done any drugs in my entire life), finally found a pack of birth control & barked 'and what do we have HERE?!?!?!'.. I wanted to tell her it was a monthly supply of E, but decided it probably wasn't the best time for my smart ass sense of humour. Anyways, after our car was searched top to bottom.. which was a good hour and a half later we were free to leave. Which leads me to this *wonderful* mirror picture. We spent a total of 11 hours driving, and an hour and a half at the border so this snapshot taken after we finally crossed the border is infact the closest to a SP I was in the mood for. LOL I apologize.

This photo also reminds me that I should invest in a vertical grip. LOL.

hehe! I alllllmost did a rearview mirror shot myself :) Wonder why they singled you guys out? That just spells creepy to me. ick. bungholes! Anyway, I love the fast movement this has. That lens looks GIGANTIC too LOL! Very nice. Hope the rest of your trip was fun and here is a <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>> in the hopes that everything after that made up for it :)

Wow that is a crappy thing to have happened to you. Sorry but I must call the woman a beyotch for calling out your BC like that. How rude. Anywho - I am slowly working my way thru these threads so I have no idea yet how your trip turned out. I hope you guys had enough time to get thru the mall!

Love the pose and also how the wind blown hair gives it almost an action shot kind of feel.

Wow sorry to hear about your trouble at the border, some of those border guards can be real asses. Anyway hope you have fun otherwise and great pic BTW esp love the "bird" lol ;)

You look suspiciously like a drug smuggling, suicide-vest wearing, human trafficking kingpin. That's probably why they carted you in. ;-)

Cool shot, crappy story. What border were you at? Oh and don't apologise for that, it wasn't your fault. You were most probably randomly chosen and they just went through their routine, as usual. No harm done.

Cool shot and horrible story. Hope your trip was at least enjoyable after all of the drama. I like how the bottom hand seems to be gesturing a appropriate hand, umm finger' signal:)
