the light is a little harsh, I think a lower contrast light might have brought out the distinct features of her face.

Nice tone and lighting. Maybe could've centred her more in the frame? Seems a bit off balance.

More a portrayal of her wrinkles than a portrait of the woman. Softer lighting called for here?
