I can't believe this scores so low. I gave it a 10. Going in my favorites immediately. |

Wow, Crab! Sweet shot. I would never think of you taking a picture like this. Great shot. One of my favorites. |

I'm not terribly fond of the reddish cast that I perceive on my monitor but that's just a matter of taste. You cropped this composition well and you've managed to convey the action of both horse and rider. Good, solid darks on most of the horse's body and while some of the rider's tones stand out more she (?) can be more easily selected against the background. Good job. |

She ran callin' 'Wiiiiiiildfire.' (from the song?) She looks like she's having fun! And bare back to boot! I like the mood and feel in this photo. I do wish it were a bit lighter directly behind the horse and girl, and you might try framing/cropping so that the horse has more room in front of its face to 'run'. Nice work. |

Nice capture!!! I like the colors and the movement. I have two favorites from this challenge and this is one of them. I think the only problem I might have with this is that everything is centered. I would have to see how this picture looked if the horse was not centered. I'm just not sure about that! But I do LOVE This photo. 10! |

Galloping bareback? I'm impressed. anyway I'm sure you'll get knocked by other because there's still some detail in the horse/girl. I think it's still clearly in the spriit of the challenge, and is a great image. I might have cropped it so that there was a little more space in front of the horse. movement can be blocked by centre crops like this sometimes. love the catchlights in the mane/tail/hair. a little burning of the sky might bring some detail back in the blown out parts of the trees too (but that's nit-picking i know). She will love this one when she's older :)

Beautiful
I love the colours and the hair on the mane matches the girls hair
Maybe crop some of the sky as it detracts a little |

I am not sure how much you will get knocked down for the photo not being all black, but I love it..its so cool how the girls hair and the horses mane seem to flow together....Its a great shot ! |

I don't think that strictly speaking this would qualify as a real silhouette, (but I'm sure it comes within the rules) It is such a beautiful shot I must include it. |

This is a wonderful picture...a 9. Would have been a 10 if not so centered. |

This shot is incredible. It makes me feel like I'm riding along beside her! I can feel the wind in my hair, the sun on my side, the strength of the animal. I can smell the earth and horse. I can hear the sound of hoof on ground and strong but steady breathing.
Best of show so far!
Kudos

So close to being a real POP picture. What gets in the way is the background shrubbery which takes away the lines of the horse. Otherwise, terrific capture! I love the lighting, the sense of motion, and the matching hair on the girl and mane on the horse. Just wish there wasn't a tree/shrub behind them! |

Lighting is exquisite - love the tail, mane and model's hair. Too bad the sky is so white - it draws too much attention. Image may be a bit too centered - a bit more spce in front of the horse would be nice. |

Nice. I think the girl's blowing hair should have been captured with no trees behind her....the top of the silhouette is vague as it is..... colors are great |

Wonderful lighting in the horse's mane and tail and girl's hair. Would work better as a silhouette with lighter background - instead the dark horse against the dark bushes doesn't stand out very well. Colours seem a touch oversaturated. |

Great title....I'm singing that now I hope others will catch that. :) Very nice with the mane, hair flying in the clover!! Just looks a little over saturated. Nice entry, hope it does well. Good work. |
