Would have liked to see this sharper. Also, crop out the guy on the right, I don't think he adds anything to the feel of the picture. Anyway, the "feel" I think you were after. Nice effort

The contrast is way too high for my tastes. The colors are overly saturated as well.

I like the blurred car (life passing by while you eat a leisurely meal). The person's face on the right is a bit distracting. Might have worked better with a tripod also.

Good silhouette shot on the left 60% of the picture or so. But I think the red-faced happy man takes away from the spirit of lonley, anonymous man slowly eating while life passes by thingie that you have going on the left side. He also adds to the feeling of the image being over-saturated a bit. Also one wonders, with him being visible, as the decorations, why isn't the subject?
