 On the base of the statue is etched:

Behind the clouds is the sun still shining;

-Burn tool to darken image
-canvas size to crop and add border

Nice sky/subject contrast. I wish the angle was less steep so you could make out the statue a bit better.

Sorry, but I don't see much here. It is definitely a silhouette, but lacks impact for me.
