i think a tigter crop would greatly improve this shot, not so much sky and maybe cropped to just below the waist

Would have moved him to the left a bit to get him to hold the sun perfectly.

Overall seems a lil dark to me would be nicer with some more foreground light and maybe a beautiful sunset

Nice angles. Woody could use a little more light on him (flashlight, maybe).
