 I jumped like I was hitting a soccer ball and then photoshopped the ball in.

You got the pose during the jump absolutely spot-on. I agree with the other comments about the lighting on the ball. It's very neatly inserted, otherwise.

Great capture - and good editing! The lighting on the ball is a tad different than on your face, but that's the only thing that gives it away. If you had rotated the ball just a bit more to the left, it would have matched the lighting in the rest of the shot more closely. But to be honest, I only noticed this after reading your description! ;-) Good stuff (and love the Cavaliers shirt!)!

Not bad at all! Love the expression! If you were to rotate the ball so that the highlight was on the left like your face it would look even more realistic. Good work!
