 I discovered these beautiful reflections while on a shoot in downtown Los Angeles.

The original photo was very flat, so I used unsharp mask as a contrast enhancement technique three times, then applied a bunch of levels, curves, as well as a final saturation boost.

Lovely image! I suspect it's probably "upside down" from the way you took it, but turning it this way adds the mystery. Good thinking.

Very neat.
It would be more technically sound if the cement edge in the lower right corner was cropped out but it helps me to understand where this shot came from.

I like this alot. I think it could be improved by removing the cement edging showing at the bottom right.

So far this is one of the few I've come across that I fell fits the contest category without the photographer having to describe why. Nice work in a tough category!
